Richmond businessman Charlie Diradour (D) is challenging Rep. Eric Cantor (R) for Virginia’s 7th Congressional District.
One problem.
Diradour doesn’t live in the district. He lives in the 3rd CD, Rep. Bobby Scott’s (D) district.
Diradour can still run against Cantor — the law doesn’t prevent it — and he says he will.
But his Democratic primary opponents (and perhaps eventually Cantor) are sure to make it a HUGE issue.
